What’s your return policy?
Unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. We’ll refund once we receive the gear back.
How do I exchange for another size?
Email us with your order number and the size you need at info@wildhalo.com. We’ll send you a return label and ship out your new fit once we get the first one back.
Are sale items final sale?
Yes, sale + clearance drops are final — no returns or exchanges.

How do your hoodies and tees fit?
Our hoodies are sporty-soft, true to size with a relaxed vibe. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for that slouchy lake look.
Heads up – our crops will shrink of slightly upon first wash so we suggest sizing up if you don’t want that extra inch of toned tummy exposed.
How should I wash my Wild Halo pieces?
Cold wash, tumble low or air dry. Treat ‘em soft so they stay soft.
